Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you don’t, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept intimate garments that have been worn.
• To start a return, email us at info@siluestore.com with your order number and we’ll tell you the next steps.
• If the item arrives defective or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll exchange it or refund you at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size, write to us and we’ll help you exchange it.
