Privacy policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

At Silué (siluestore.com) we care about your personal information. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under United States law, including state privacy laws such as California’s (CCPA/CPRA).

Information we collect

  • Contact and shipping details: first and last name, email, phone number and addresses.
  • Order details: products, amounts, returns and the messages you send us.
  • Payment details: handled by the payment processor; we never see your full card number.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device, browser, pages visited and cookies.

Without the information required for your purchase, we can’t process your order.

How we use it

  • To process your order, shipping, returns and warranty.
  • To answer you when you contact us.
  • To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
  • To send you email offers, only if you subscribe; every email includes an unsubscribe link, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • To send you text messages, only with your express consent (TCPA). Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
  • To prevent fraud and protect the store.
  • To measure visits and show you more relevant ads through cookies.

We don’t make decisions with legal effects about you based solely on automated processing.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information for money. It is only shared with those who need it to serve you:

  • Shopify, our store platform, which processes it on our behalf and, for some of its own purposes, under its privacy policy.
  • The payment processor and banks.
  • The supplier that prepares your order and the carrier, who receive your name, address and phone number. The supplier may be located outside the United States.
  • Email, analytics and advertising tools (such as Meta, Google or TikTok).
  • Our advisors and the authorities, when required by law.

Sharing browsing data with advertising partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state laws. You can opt out at Your privacy choices; we also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser.

How long we keep it

Order information is kept for as long as our relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, for tax and accounting records) and the warranty period. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe. Cookie data is kept as stated in the cookie notice.

Your rights

Depending on the state where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas or New Jersey), you may have the right to:

  • Know what information we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct it or ask us to delete it.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising.
  • Limit the use of sensitive information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Email us at info@siluestore.com with the subject “Privacy”. We may ask for information to verify your identity, and we will respond within 45 days. You may appoint an authorized agent to make the request for you. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our email.

Cookies

We use technical cookies that the store needs to work, plus our own and third-party analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice in the cookie notice or at Your privacy choices, and you can also block cookies in your browser.

Children

The store is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The store uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), payments are processed in PCI DSS–certified environments, and we apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Linked third-party websites have their own policies. If we change this policy, you will always find the current version here, with its update date.
